These are Molly Yeh‘s cheesy fried pickles, and they’re insanely good. They’re the food of your deep fried dreams, and they’re only three ingredients!

One bite of these and there’s no turning back. We’ve got the recipe, so give it a try and join the cheesy pickle-loving club. Here’s what you’ll need to make them.

The three must-have ingredients for making these are:

  • dill pickle spears
  • havarti cheese slices
  • egg roll wrappers

You’ll also need some oil for frying, any salt and pepper if you wanna season these babies once they’re cooked, and the dip of your choice. Molly mixes together sriracha and ranch dressing for her dip.

Now for making these bad boys. Believe it or not, this may be one of the easiest recipes you’ll ever make. Drain your dill pickle spears, saving the juice for another recipe.

Cut them up into whatever size will fit the pickles into the egg roll wrappers, then dry off the pickles with some paper towels. Wrap the pickles in your havarti cheese, followed by the egg roll wrappers.

Once you’ve sealed the egg roll wrappers with water, you’re ready to fry them. Bring your oil up to about 360 degrees F, then fry the pickles until the egg roll wrapper is golden brown.

Now that they’re done, let them drain on a paper towel. Mix up your dip of choice, and they’re ready to serve. These crunchy, cheesy, fried pickles are a guaranteed hit!
