Halloween is only a little while away. Costumes, makeup, decorations, pumpkins… there’s just so much to do! Luckily, there are some cheap and quick DIYs you can use to make the process go along smoother.

These ideas come from the dollar store, take less than an hour to make each, and are beyond spooky!

Here’s how you do it.

Skull Vase Centerpiece

All you’ll need for this DIY are dollar store skulls/skeletons, Spanish moss, and a vase. If you bought the full skeletons, you’ll need to cut off just the heads for this project.

Fill your vase with Spanish moss followed by a skull, and continue to sandwich these until you fill it. Then that’s it, you’re done!

Skeleton Couple In A Coffin

For this DIY, you’ll need a hot glue gun, glue sticks, black acrylic paint, a paint brush, a box that looks like a coffin, some skeletons (hers is a garland,) string, and dark roses.

First, paint the coffin box black. Using your hot glue gun, glue the skeletons together so it looks like they’re cuddling (so cute, right?). Glue a loop of string on the back of the painted box so you can hang it.

Glue the couple inside, then add some flowers wherever you’d like, and you’re done!

Creepy Crow Pumpkin

You’ll need a styrofoam pumpkin, newspaper/paper with words, a hot glue gun, mod podge, plastic spiders, a plastic crow, a candle stick, black paint (hers is spray paint), a thick stick, and Spanish moss.

First, mod podge your pumpkin with the newspaper. Glue the stick and the moss on, as well as the spiders. Paint your candle stick black and glue the pumpkin on to it. Add the crow, and you’re done!
