Summer Hair

Summer is officially here. Like me, it may be your favorite season. It’s marked by bright colors, cold desserts, and most notably, hot weather. When the weather is this warm, you just have to get your hair out of your face.

I usually throw my hair up into a messy ponytail or a bun, but those styles get tired fast. There has to be another way to get your hair out of your face and look good, right?

Absolutely. In fact, there’s not just one way… there’s at least 10.

I found these awesome hairstyles from YouTuber Kaitlin Emma. There are 10 hairstyles she’s come up with that are absolutely perfect for summer.

Not only will you look absolutely adorable in these, but they’re super easy to do. What could possibly be better than that?

I’ll go over my 3 favorites below, but if you’d like to see the rest, check out the video at the bottom of this article. All 10 are absolutely gorgeous!

Half Up Half Down Braid Bun

This is one of the easiest hairstyles I’ve ever done, and it’s super unique, too. Start by parting your hair down the middle. On each side, braid one small braid.

Now take the crown of your hair and twist it up into a messy bun. Add your braids into the bun and tie it back. That’s it, you’re done!

Messy Ponytail Braid

This messy braid is super cool. Start by creating tiny ponytails on the middle of your head and flip them in on themselves. Once you’re satisfied, start braiding.

Finish it off with a hair tie at the bottom of the braid, and you’re done!

Twisted Ponytail

This ponytail is so different from anything else I’ve ever seen. With tiny ponytail holders, make multiple little ponytails, bringing hair from the back forward to layer them on top of one another.

Make sure to secure both the top and the bottom of the ponytail, and you’re done!
